I just can't work AC-97 audio and MIDI...

I just can't make my casio keyboard work with my onboard sound card AC97.

The Keyboard is plugged into the Gameport of the sound card. Win2000 can see the game port.
Connected the cables the correct way In-Out, Out-In on the keyboard and the other end into the PC game port.

I can hear MIDI sound/music on my PC but cannot send to the Keyboard or receive any sound from the Keyboard.

Its driving me nuts... please help.

here's what I have:
Casio CTK-731
Epox 8KHAL - motherboard
Onboard sound, AC-97
MIDI cable adaptor.
Cakewalk Music Creator 2002
win2000 Pro

Is there some drivers/software I'm missing???
Any info, Advice... will be greatly appreciated.
