I shall try this information... and it looks like you are right... I was looking at the bios but I just couldn't see the MIDI settings anywhere... Now that I look at it carefully it is there... but hidden under Integrated Periperals - VIA Super I/O Device - Midi Port Address.

You are the greatest... Thanks a lot for that bit of information.
