Hi there,
I have an MC-500 and an MC-50 mk2.
I've been using the Roland MRM-500 software to convert standard midi files quite successfully.
As far as I know there isn't any software that can convert roland files on the pc. The MRM software runs on the Sequencer.
I can send you the software as an image file. You can then use SDISKW on the PC to make an MRM system disc for the MC.
You have to use 720k discs or the MC just says no!
The MRM software can convert 0 or 1 type midifiles to MRC or Super MRC type files and back again.

Let me know if you'd like me to email you the file(s)

Regards

Kenny
