Looking for suitable program

I am looking for some software that enables me to
(1) record what I play on my MIDI keyboard both in MIDI and audio (MP3)
(2) have an easy access to both synths I have on my computer, that is to Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth and Creative Soundfont Synth.
(3) being able to change instruments in a reasonably easy way (Piano1, Piano2, slow atrings and so on)
(4)being able to play two instruments simultaneously (Piano1+slow strings, or the like).
Among the programs I have tried DirectMusicProducer is the closest. In fact, it is only (1) I cannot do, it seems simply impossible to record with DMP.
I have also tried MultitrackStudio, but I have problems both with (3) and (4). Any suggestions?
