Sonar tuner problem

I recently upgraded my sound card to a Delta 66 (by Midiman) and now have problems using the tuner in Sonar. I also have Cakewalk Version 9 and the tuner works fine. I get the following error message: :MMsystem032 the specified format cannot be translated or supported; use the cababilities function to view supported formats
How can I fix this????
