How can I configure Windows ME to send some MIDI channels to internal sound card
synthesizers and others to MIDI output
port? In 98 I used control panel/settings/
multimedia/midi.This is missing in ME.I'm
using a Sound Blaster Live Platinum and Cakewalk Professional 7.
