I just happened to see an ad in the Feb issue of Electronic Musician this evening for the Aardvark USB3 that looks like it meets your needs. I don't know anything about this gizmo, and I'm not sure what your budget is. It's listed in the ad for $229. Try www.aardvark-pro.com.
