I own an Apple Powerbook and would like to do recording on it. To get better quality sound, I need another input than the build in AD/DA system.
Is there any SPDIF to USB converters available? - so I can use an external ADconverter
Or even an integrated good quality Analog to USB-based AD/DA converter on the market?
VX pocket from Digigram is a rather expensive solution for me and it still leaves the conversion inside the computer subject to a lot of noice.
Hope anyone can help.
