Does it matter what order I turn devices and cpu on in order to get midi to work? My setup consists of an alesis qs8 (keyboard/controller) an Maudio quattro (usb audio and midi interface) and an IBOOK containing various software synths, and protools being utilized as the sequencer. The reason I ask this question is because I've gotten the setup to work several times in the past. Im using the the same oms studio setup that I was using when everything worked and now it does not.
