i am also new to midi music and need all the help i
can get - i have a casio ap 60r digital piano and want
to connect to a 200mhz hp vectra vl with windows 95.
also, i am using cakewalk express 8.0 and don't have
a clue what i am doing.

am i correct to assume that i hook up one end of the
midi cable as follows; piano midi out to computer
game port - then soundcard out to piano midi input?

also, how to setup the software? and is there any
other hardware that i need to do this? thanks bob
