There is a way. You have to have a midi merger and it would only work with mixes, not with programs. You can set up a mix so that the different parts respond to certain midi channels. Since the QSR only has 1 midi in, you would have to merge the midi outs of the 2 controllers to the single midi in of the QSR. The controllers would then trigger the corresponding part of the mix based on what midi channel the controller is transmitting.
You may have to program your controllers to transmit on a certain midi channel.
The biggest drawback is that since you will be in mix mode, you can only have one effect active. If 2 programs use a different effect and you try to use them in a mix, you have to pick which program's effect you want to use in the mix. Unless the 2 programs use the same effect, one of the programs will sound different in the mix than it does when by itself.
