MIDI goes the wrong way!

Hi,

I use Cubase SX on PC. I want to record some MIDI using my outboard DX7 and when ever I try, the notes go the wrong way! i.e. when I move up the keyboard - it goes down. What have I done?

Any ideas would be great.
