Midi hook up

I have a korg Triton LE a MOTU fastlane interface and also the M Box. I have digital performer as well as garage band , and sibelius, is there one standard way of hooking all this stuff up so my triton acts as a controller keyboard? I want to be able to get Triton sounds too, but know that is not what a controller does(a controller uses the sounds fromm the software/computer)so what i am really saying is that I just want to be able to record different parts and have them make the proper instrument sound/ also is there a USB set up for the Triton instead of MIDI?
