change drum kit in audigy soundbank manager

I use karawin for singing on midifiles, and a "creative soundblaster audigy zs notebook" with GM soundbanks.
If I change the percussion kit in the soundbank manager I don't hear the differences.
Moreover, if I open 2 soundbanks instead of combinate them (as it had to be) sound only the first in the list.
Someone know how I must set everything to work properly?
