Usage of Cakewalk with Yamaha PSR 290

Hi Guys,
I am using a Yamaha PSR 290 model keyboard and through a MIDI Cable I am able to connect the Cakewalk Pro software with the keyboard. While selecting the patch I am having an option to select the instruments only from 0 through 127 . If I want to map an instrument say "Jazz Guitar" which is at tone number 238 then I am not able to do that. That is because I can select from 0 to 127 only.Is there any other option or a .ins file provided by Cakewalk which is more specifc to Yamaha PSR 290 and which lets me map all the tones from the Keyboard to the Cakewalk patch.
