If your soundcard has the gameport/MIDI interface you need to have a cable that connects from it to the MIDI in and out on the keyboard. Unless your keyboard can do MIDI *or* you have a MIDIMan 2x2 or 4x4 USB setup then you'd connect the keyboard MIDI in/out to it and USB from MIDIMan to PC USB port. I have an SBLive in one PC that my Karma is connected to. I want to get a MIDIMan 4x4 and more MIDI cables so I can hook my Yamaha S03 into things in case I want to use either/both at the same time (not that I am that talented....yet ;-) ).
