Cakewalk will show all available MIDI out devices.
You apparently have none installed. The on-board sound chip is for audio only, it's probably not a wavetable synth.
What you need is either a decent sound card, or better yet, a sound module.
See the MIDI-Store banner on the left? That's where you get the things you need.
: I can't get any options other than MIDI mapper for output, still says I won't hear any sounds. I have onboard sound Avance 97 latest drivers.
