midi with outlook mail

How do I insert an existing midi (.mid) file (or other sound files) into a Outlook Express E-mail message? How do I make it play as soon as the e-mail is opened by the recipient? Please keep it simple. I am not highly technical. Thanks in advance for your response(s).
