SBLive Midi Out problem - missing

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I have a Creative SBLive! card (not the value one) and have MIDI ports on it which in the past I've successfully hooked up to my external keyboard, for both in and out.
I recently had a disaster and had to re-install everything including the operating system (Windows XP). Now when I go to choose my preferred 'MIDI Player' device I don't have the "SB Live! Midi Out" option in the devices list anymore. I can't see how to add this, and I've downloaded the latest drivers from Creative. Their tech support hasn't replied either - can anyone suggest how I get this back? Thanks if you can.
