Hi.
If You can save those songbanks as a MIDI file to the disk that can be read on Yamaha, there's no need for Cakewalk in between. Still, Cakewalk can capture SysEx, so You can store the banks to the Cakewalk as SysEx. Therefore, You can't "play the SysEx bank" back in Cakewalk, it has stored it only as a raw SysEx.
