Audio (WAV) can be converted to MIDI only if you use a single monophonic instrument.
You can not convert chords or multiple instruments, or anything more complex than that,
ther is no software or hardware capable of doing such impossible job.
What you can do is sing or whistle or play any instrument (no polyphony) into a microphone,
connected to your sound card, and use Autoscore software to convert it into MIDI.
