    The QS is very sensitive to pressure/velocity changes; more sensitive on some patches than any other keyboard I've ever played. Try changing the responsiveness setting in the Global Menu to plastic or maximum and see how the board reacts. At maximu, all of the notes should be at the same level regardless of how hard you strike the keys.
