Thank you!!! I had read the previous posts and tried to determine if there was a version available for the PC. I just didn't dig deep enough. I downloaded SysLibEd. It's by a different author and is a bit cryptic to figure out, but only took about 6 minutes from the time I downloaded it until I was listening the new patches!

Thanks again.

: If you suspect that the problem is with Freeloader itself, and not a consequence of your connection settings (e.g., set to receive MIDI data at the MIDI In rather than the serial port, or vice-versa), scroll down the board to an exchange from 5/23 and 24 headed "Freeloader and the Mac." I furnished a URL to a gem of freeware called SysEx that works flawlessly, when Freeloader would only crash my computer. (Don't worry if you use a PC...there are two versions.) SysEx also beats Freeloader in that you can upload from your QS, as well, and back up custom banks to your hard drive.

: : How do I load the extra programs that came with my EuroDance QCard. In addition to the factory presets, it has definition files for two additional banks. My understanding was that you could load an additional bank (or the preset for that matter) into the User bank on the QS6.1 with Freeloader. I Add the file, select Play, it goes through the motions and you can see the byte count upload, but when it's finished the new programs aren't anywhere to be found. What am I doing wrong? Should I be using a different piece of software?

: : Thank you.
