Use either the Amp LFO with waveform set to Square, or the tracking generator, where input would be for instance the Pitch LFO (waveform: Up Saw), and destination Amp Env.
Program 58 in the user bank (J Strings) uses another method I didn't quite find out how it worked. Most likely Filter LFO.
