It should be 1/3 of the distance between center and the speaker. So, can't place the snare slightly off center. Anyone else have this problem? Solutions? Could pan both channels on my mixer in some to compensate but would then loose the capability for whide pans of other instruments.

I use QS8.1, same problem, still no solutions.
