: I have a QS7.1 and I'm in the market for a pair of good, moderately priced pair of stereo monitors to go along with it. I have just started using Power Tracks and need to hear clearly what I've put together.

: Thanks in advance for your help.

Are you looking for shielded monitors to place next to your CRT, and do you need them powered, or will you use a separate amp? Alesis makes a moderately(or relatively inexpensive) monitor to fit each of these scenarios. Listen to the Point Seven (shielded),Monitor One(unshielded), and the M-1 Active(bi-amplified). All of them rate high in the bang for the buck category. Typical of Alesis stuff. If none of those float your boat, take a listen to Event 20/20's, Rok cubes, or the venerable Yamaha NSm10. After that, your ears will probably fall off and it won't matter anyway. Good Luck!
