Is there any difference in the quality of samples converted from Akai to SampleCell as opposed to those converted from Kurzweil to SampleCell? I know you need a program to read Akai disks, and that adds a step, but I'm concerned about the ultimate quality of the sample loaded into the QS. More simply, if given a choice between starting with an Akai sample or a Kurzweil sample, which is most likely to result in the best Alesis sound after conversion?
