Hi,
so you're operating the QS in mix mode and want to turn off midi output for one channel...
choose the channel you want to edit (arrow left/right), press EDIT/MIDI and then , page 2. Turn MIDI output off.
In the online version of the manual, you find the function in chapter 5, page 43 (no offense intended, I just had it open :-).
