QS8 can't directly do microtonal tuning, but if you're going to be sequencing you could probably do an adequate job just by programming in pitch bend controller messages, you'll have pretty accurate control if you set the pitch bend range to 1 semitone. Also QS8 can't directly do just intonation, though the programmer of a sample could program it for just intonation (with patience you should be able to do it with your own sample and SoundBridge) and I think such a trick was done on the new (and as yet still unavailable) piano cards.
