On Cubasis, for the bank number you have to multiply by 128
so....
bank one is 128
bank two is 256
bank three is 384
and, right, the program is whatever the QS says it is plus 1
So if you want to use PRESET 2, PROGRAM 32 then it should look like this on Cubasis:
Bank: 256
Prg: 33
But also: press edit-select, then global (bank>) and make sure on page 7 that general MIDI is off, and on page 6 that it says "out 1"
This drove me nuts, but, its been working for me that way for a long time. Im not really much of an expert, but I hope that helps.
