After posting my last response, I happened to look through the Soundbridge revision history posted on the Alesis site. It says that they corrected the inability of Soundbridge to recognize SampleCell files created with Awave. However, every time I've created a sample cell file with Awave and loaded it into my QS, I'e ended up with odd detuning problems. I originally thought it was because the QS did not recognize the keymapping and velocity switching information in the SampleCell files I created. However, after reading a few old postings here, I now think that sampling rate differential may be the cause of my problems. The original samples I used were 44.1khz rather than 48khz. I think that if I can find a way around that problem, then Awave and Soundbridge probably will work to load SampleCell multisamples and oher information into the QS. Give it a try and let me know how you do.
