Dave,
You need to use freeloader to send a sysex file which is the user bank.when you send this sysex file it will automatically put it into your user bank.
If you are having trouble figuring out how to get the bank from your computer to Freeloader or from Freeloader to your QSR I would call alesis and see if they can trouble shoot for you.Once you get Freeloader working you will be amazed how easy it is to move banks back and forth.
