Is is possible to save a sound or sample w/o a card

I have a QS6 and am just learning. I have made a couple of sequences in cubase and saved them to a flash card. I have some sampled sounds that I wish to use in the sequence. How do I get them to my keyboard so I can use the sequences on the card?
