Has anyone out there succesfully connected their qs7/8 to a laptop via a serial port? I am unable to do, and moreover, have serious system problems after trying to install the serial driver (modem, touchpad and software crashes...and total system freezes...not even ctrl + alt + del works). I have seen various postings about serial driver problems, but has anyone had the problems listed above...and resolved them? Any explanations for why this is happening? Any advice for fixing this? Much thanks for any help.
