Hi,
most propably you have dumped only the program area as sysex.
Check the different functions in the STORE menu.
There should be one that dumps prog, mix, global and whatever else there is.
If you've found this function and use it and mixes still don't get rewritten, THEN you have a problem...
Maybe your sequencer is too slow or has not enough memory or you get a transmission error somewhere.
Especially with the serial driver lots of strange things happen. If you're using it, try a MPU401 interface if you have any (soundblaster)
