Of course you can, just edit the PROGRAM. You have to press EDIT, then I think it's under the PITCH menu (sorry, don't have my QS with me now, but it's not hard to find)
If the sound consists of more than one voice, you have to edit them all (or set them to different settings if you like, this may sound interesting)

Tip: If you want to make the sound of a bunch of trombones sliding pitch at the same time,
use the TRACKING GENERATOR to assign the same starting and end point for the pitch of each sound, but with a slightly different behaviour between them.
This will come up for the fact that those trombone players won't shift pitch perfectly synchronized.

I used this once on a string setting while doing some *cough* more than dusty Fleetwood Mac stuff (I need your love so bad)
This gave the pitch-bend a quality that would make my cat jump out of its fur (it REALLY was fun :-)

The tracking generator will also help if you want to set the range to some non-integer interval or make it different for bend up and down or....
