well, i am running win95 still, and i so far doubt
that this is the source of the problem. win98 on the
other hand i have heard nothing but negative things
said about it... what i don't understand is why this
problem never arose in cake pro audio 6, but does from
time to time in version 7 & 8. yes, it is possible
that it is the drivers, but i am starting to think
there may be a bug in the newer versions. they are
both still relatively new products in the scheme of
things, but then again i feel helpless...
