I'm using Cakewalk ProAudio6 and an AWE64gold sound card.
I was recording vocals and guitar tracks in cakewalk then playing everything out to a tape recorder, but the A/D D/A conversions by the soundcard seems to be the source of the diminished quality of the audio tracks. So I have to invest in better equipment for the A/D conversion, but I thought going straight to CD would eliminate the problem of D/A conversion, to stay digital.
It still looks to me like I would have to record the QS6 as an audio track, in whatever method I use to get it from cakewalk to the CD.
It doesn't look to me that the QS6 has any digital output.
Thanks
