I have noticed that when playing my QS8 I seem to
get variations in pitch sometimes for the same key, for the same program. A good example is the snare drum sound in the DM5 Drums program. Sometimes the pitch of the snare is random. I am using Cakewalk 6.0 and notice that if I select Normal for the bank change method this will fix the problem, and the snare will be consistent. I am using Cakewalk 6.0 home studio, the QS8 is set on Multimbral Mix 00 and Midi out is set to OUT 1 on the global menu.
What causes the pitch change? It seems like it must be this bank change thing but I am not sure. Any help is appreciated.
