I have had the rap techno card for a long while and I can tell you it is a blast. It is guaranteed to draw a crowd whenever you fiddle with it. You can play with the thing all day and not be bored. It has the coolest sounds and loops. I also have the Granad piano card which I am less enthusiastic about, but which still has great sounds and etc. But get the rap techno-you won't be sorry.
As for a list of sounds, it comes with it of course, and maybe there is a list on the Alesis site. But even so, the sound list won't tell you the sounds cause there are many many sounds within the sounds depending which key you press.
