: I'm a new QSR user and think it's excellent so far. I haven't got into editing/programming it yet, but was playing around trying to get Sound bridge (1.20) to communicate with the QSR and found it kept on 'hanging'. I have no problem with other programs talking to the synth, Cakewalk is fine, so is Unisyn, freeloader and other Midi players. But Sound bridge just freezes up whenever I select the Test MIDI I/O option. Also, going into Help from within the application causes it to hang. I tried switching my config so that it was using the Alesis Serial connection instead of MPU but it didn't help at all.

: Has anyone experience of this problem. Wh at can I do to fix it? I cannot use the software and my CTRL ALT and DEL keys are getting worn out!!

: Thanks, BILL

i've had a multitude of problems with soundbridge
doing the same thing.. what i've found that works
is that you delete the entire directory of soundbridge
AND there is a file (i think it is called bridge.ini)
in the windows directory.. you must delete this also..
then you just reinstall soundbridge.. and hope that works..
sometimes it does.. sometimes not..
