I am using the serial driver with my QSR and
Cubase VST with no problems so far. Must be something
within Cubase which is set wrong. Just to get a
workaround, switch the echo function in Cubase to off
clear all tracks in you arrangement and save it
as DEF.ALL in your Cubase dir then restart Cubase
to see what happens.
