: Hello,

: Does anyone know how to set up samples in
: soundbridge so that you can have multiple
: samples per voice. So that there is one sample
: for each given range in the keyboard. Thats how
: the normal QS voices are arranged, with multiple
: samples per voice to avoid the chipmonk affect
: right ?

Alesis has plans to add key-mapping of samples to a future version of SoundBridge. In the meantime, the Mac version of SoundBridge accepts SampleCell Instrument files, which are collections of AIFF or .WAV files with key and velocity mapping.

You can key-map 4 regular samples using the program parameters. In some ways this is actually better than a multisample burned into the card, because you can fade gradually between keygroups.
