: Hi!
: I got 2 problems with me Quadrasynth 4 :

: 1) is it possible to assign the controllers A-D with a
: wheel or knob? I don't know how to use them.

: 2) If I use the QS with Cakewalk, I always hear the
: midi-in sounds from the QS. How can I change that ?
: ( I only want to hear midi-out !)

Dear Paul:

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. I assume you have a QuadraSynth S4 module, and you want to assign controllers. This is possible; you just need to examine your manual for the proper submenu. (Sorry.)
I'm a little lost on your second question, but basically, your Cakewalk software should have a pull down menu of some sort (I don't use the program) which will indicate whether MIDI Thru is enabled. You should disable this if the S4 is the only thing MIDI'd up to your system, since you'll get a phasing loop effect which will reduce your polyphony by half. Hope this helps.
