: Does anyone out there have an opinion about an ADAT PC card that I can use to digitally record from my QS7?
: Ideally I would like it also to support AES/EBU. Frontier Design has one, but it only supports ADAT and S/PDIF. Zefiro Acoustics ZA-2 is S/PDIF and AES/EBU, no ADAT. Any others?
: Also, I am assuming that any of the packages that claim support for ADAT will work with the QS7/QS8, using only the first 4 channels. Correct?

Dear George;

I believe what you could do is connect your QS keyboard digitally to a Q2 effects processor. The Q2 will then output S/PDIF digital audio to your PC card, and most of the good ones support S/PDIF. I realize that it's not a sound card option, but I would imagine a used Q2 wouldn't be much more than an exotic, high end sound card such as you describe.
