I'm a beginner using the QS6 with Cakewalk 6.0. There's no other gear in my setup.
I had a problem which caused an echo effect (double attack) whenever I played the instrument while Cakewalk was running. In the Cakewalk manual, there was a suggestion that I set Echo to "none" in the settings menu. That worked fine, but now I can't seem to do any multi-voice sequencing at all. I have a feeling that somewhere along the line I screwed up the settings in my QS6 and/or Cakewalk software.
All I want is a desktop garage band. The sounds that came with the QS6 are more than enough for me. Can anyone in this group with a similar setup to mine suggest proper settings?
