If the keyboard is still under warranty, then send it in to get it fixed.
But before you do that, try resetting your synth:
turn the keyboard off.
hold down the 0 and 3 buttons at the same time
turn on the power while holding the buttons
after doing this you will have to re-edit your global settings
such as keyboard type and master tuning etc. you wont lose your
user sounds.
