The Grand Piano Plus has many samples not built into the QSR, and has a wide variety of non-piano samples and many split and layered programs non contained in the QSR (these include ELECTRIC Pianos, strings, Hammonds, etc). And there are two additional Alesis Extra Banks for this card.
The Stereo Grand Piano 'QuadraCard' was the card released to give original QuadraSynth owners the piano samples from the QuadraSynth Plus - but it too has many additional features.
