If it's the Alesis CD, then no, they aren't Qcard images (Alesis being in the business of making money on their products wouldn't give away the images) but the Alesis CD does include some alternate Program/Mix sets if you do have a qcard.
If the guy you bought it from made the disc, then they very well may be the qcard images, and yes, with the right version of soundbridge, you could transfer them to an 8mb flash card and see if you like them.
Of course, Alesis would remind you that is in violation of copyright...
