My band likes to play Dream Theater tunes...

I'm the guitarist, and I'm gonna have this piano player over for the first time to jam with me and my drummer. She says that she can play a few DT tunes, and I was like, "ok, you're in the band!"

Anyhow, I've got an Alesis QS8 for her to use. Will this be any good for this type of application?

And would it be a real pain to switch sounds? In one song we're gonna play (called "Overture 1928"), I can hear 4 different synth tones, and she'd have to switch 5 times.

Would that be tough w/ the QS8?
